      Here are my shops policies:    

Most items in the shop are made to order with a turn around time of 2-4 weeks from date of order.   
  
Example: If you order on June 1st your order will be sent out no later than June 30th. 
Ready to Ship items will be stated in the item's title and also in my Ready to Ship Category.    
All items are sent priority mail with tracking number.     
Each item is hand-dyed. Colors can vary from batch to batch. I do the best I can to ensure color consistency. Colors can also vary from computer to computer.     
Return/Exchange Clothing Policy:    
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the items to start a return.      
You the customer are responsible for payment of shipping back to me. Unless it was an error on my end; wrong item, color, size, design ETC.    
Items must not be noticeably worn.    
Items must be sent back within 1 week of contact with me.      
Once item/s returned I will check quality to ensure the items were not worn and then issue the refund.    
If wanting to exchange an item because of anything that is not the shop's fault you will be responsible for shipping both ways.    
Why? I am running a small business and return/ exchanges take their tole.     
Please ensure correct size and color of any items before purchasing!

Herbal Policy
I do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or disease.

 

No product is intended to cure any type of disease or replace any prescription medication you are currently taking. All products and these statements have not been approved by the FDA. Please be aware of any herbal allergies and sensitivities you may have prior to consumption.

Herbal Returns

 

I do not accept return on herbal items. 
There is no way to prove any item has not been tampered with when it is out of my hands. 
If damaged during shipping contact me ASAP and a photo proof must be sent and then a refund can be issued or replacement of product depending on availability.
